Instructions
Preheat your oven to around 400 degrees.
Cut a Spaghetti Squash in half (not so easy)
Scoop out the seeds and add a little Smart Balance spread. Roast on a cookie sheet (I put Reynolds' Parchment/Foil under it. Roast for 1 hour.
Scoop out the flesh-- it will look like spaghetti strands! Add some parmesan cheese and serve!
