Non-Dairy Chocolate Mint Ice Cream Ninja CREAMi Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 cups low-fat unsweetened vanilla almondmilk I like Almond Breeze Dairy Free Almondmilk, Unsweetened Vanilla
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder I like 365 Organic Cocoa Powder (unsweetened)
- 1 tbsp monk fruit sweetener I like Lakanto Monk Fruit Sweetener
- 1/16 tsp mint or chocolate mint extract I like LorAnn Mint Chocolate Chip SS Flavor Flavor, 1 dram bottle
- 2 tbsp sugar free chocolate pudding mix I like Jello sugar-free chocolate pudding mix
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in your Ninja CREAMi Deluxe Pint container
- Freeze for 24 hours
- Run through the lite ice cream setting
- Respin as needed
