Minis Vanilla Cream Sandwiches Recipe
These bite sized treats are made with Mary's Gone Crackers Mini Cookies and whipped topping. You can use any whipped topping or make your own.
Ingredients
- Mary's Gone Crackers Minis Cookies - 8 Cookies
- 8 teaspoons of whipped topping I used sugar free cool whip. You can use whipped coconut cream if you want or heavy cream
Instructions
- Spoon less than a teaspoon onto one side of the Minis and then top with another mini.
- Freeze for 10 minutes to harden and serve.
