The secret is to toast the matzoh before you add the ricotta, sauce <g class="gr_ gr_56 gr-alert gr_gramm gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim Punctuation only-ins replaceWithoutSep" id="56" data-gr-id="56">and</g> cheese.
Toast in toaster oven or regular oven (350 degrees) oven for a few minutes.
Spread on ricotta cheese
Add tomato sauce
Add shredded mozzarella
Add a little oregano
Add the toppings of your choice.
Toast for 5-6 minutes or until melted.
Serving size
Kids will eat around 1 whole sheet of matzoh pizza (or 2), adults 2- 3 whole matzoh sheets.
If you are carbing it out, add the matzah + the tomato sauce and then any toppings. We used a matzoh that was 27 carbs per sheet and then 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce.
