Instructions
Cut the short short ribs into bite sized pieces
Place the short ribs and Korean BBQ Sauce into the Instant Pot
Turn and lock the top of the Instant Pot.
Make sure the pressure release valve is closed.
Choose the Beef/Stew Setting and add time so it's 40 minutes
After the timer is up, open the vent and let is release until the steam stops
Open the lid and add the carrots
Use the manual setting to cook the short ribs for 15 minutes
After the timer is up, open the vent and let is release until the steam stops
Serve over white or brown rice (which you can make in the Instant Pot also -- recipe coming) or you can add bean paste and wrap it lettuce leaves.
