Kid-friendly Holiday Entertaining Idea: DIY Ice Cream Sandwich Bar
Ingredients
- Cookies
- Ice Cream each sandwich will use 2 tablespoons of ice cream
- Toppings: M&M's spinkles, mini-chocolate chips, etc
Instructions
- Take 2 cookies.
- Place two scoops of ice cream on the "back" of one cookie.
- Place the "back" of the other cookie on top of the ice cream
- Roll ice cream sandwich in bowls with toppings
- If Ice Cream sandwich is too melty, stick in the freezer for 1 hour to firm up.
- Serve
