Apple Snack Board - an Easy and Tasty Treat
This apple snack board features SnapDragon Apples, nuts, fruit, cheese and crackers
Equipment
- 1 white serving platter
Ingredients
- SnapDragon apples - I used several SnapDragon apples
- Cheddar cheese I love Cabot
- Gouda cheese this one will work beautifully
- Assorted cheese party tray with Colby Jack cheddar and a few other cheese
- Marcona Almonds
- Bruschetta toasts with olive oil
- Wheat Crackers
- Pumpkin raisin crisps - you can sub in these cranberry pumpkin seed crackers as I got mine from a local store.
- Dried apricots
Instructions
- Slice the apples and arrange them on a large board or platter. I used a large white rectangular one (you can find a similar one on Amazon).
- I cut and placed my apples in a circular design and placed an SnapDragon apple in the center.
- I cut up the cheese into bit size slices.
- Place the crackers, cheese, apricots and nuts all around the apple swirl.
- Serve & enjoy!
