The hugely popular Lightwire Theater is coming to New York once again and will be holding two performances at Symphony Space on March 17 as part of the Just kidding kid-friendly performance series. Don’t miss this unique show, set to upbeat music and filled with bright neon colors. I have seen several performances from Lightwire Theater before and they are absolutely breathtaking and inventive! Lightwire Theater: DINO-LIGHT at Symphony Space
Lightwire Theater, finalists on NBC TV’s “America’s Got Talent” and winners of TruTV’s “Fake Off,” returns with their nationally touring show. Unique and visually dazzling, DINO-LIGHT is praised for its cutting edge blend of puppetry, technology, and dance, and has dazzled audiences all over the world. Electroluminescent creatures light up the darkness in this glow-in-the-dark tale of a lovable dinosaur, his scientist creator and a world full of dazzling, odd and beautiful creatures. This “eye-popping display of storytelling,” told entirely in the dark, is “a force to be reckoned with,” according to Broadway World. Please note: this performance contains some dinosaurs with large glowing teeth, and is presented in the dark; it may not be suitable for children under age 5.
The performance is an hour long with no intermission.
