Princess Aurora is getting married and you’re invited! The New York Theatre Ballet is holding performances created especially for kids as part of their Once Upon a Ballet program. Along with Sleeping Beauty’s Wedding the performance will include Carnival of the Animals.In a magical forest, Queen Diana and her shaggy lion rule a charming assortment of animals who live more or less peaceably until a pair of lost children wander in, and then the fun begins! Paired with Sleeping Beauty’s Wedding this program is perfect for children ages 2 and up. Carnival of the Animals is choreographed by Beth Storey Taylor, and Sleeping Beauty’s Wedding is choreographed by James Sutton.
