Are you a fan of the Trolls? Do you love Christmas movies? Then you’ll be so excited to hear that Trolls Holiday is coming out on DVD! If you weren’t able to catch it on NBC this past week, you’ll be able to pick up this new movie on DVD for your family, exclusively at Walmart, and there’s a new original song! Trolls Holiday Movie DVD is Exclusively at Walmart + Easy Queen Poppy Cupcake Tutorial
Movie Synopsis:
When the eternally optimistic Poppy, Queen of the Trolls, learns that the Bergens no longer have any holidays on their calendar, she enlists the help of Bridget, her new mismatched bestie, and the rest of the gang on a delightfully quirky mission to fix something that the Bergens don’t think is broken. Can’t stop the music when DreamWorks’ Trolls Holiday arrives in time for Holiday 2017.
With such stars at Anna Kendrick (POPPY), Justin Timberlake (BRANCH), Zooey Deschanel (BRIDGET), Christopher Mintz-Plasse (KING GRISTLE, JR.), James Corden (BIGGIE), Kunal Nayyar (GUY DIAMOND) and many more, this movie will definitely be added as one of your favorite Christmas Holiday Classics!

Here’s a sampling of the soundtrack – which looks awesome!
In honor of this Trolls Holiday Release, I decided to make Queen Poppy Cupcakes for my family.
For these Trolls Holiday-Inspired Queen Poppy Cupcakes, you’ll need:
- Cake Mix (I used Pillsbury Funfetti Vanilla) and all ingredients to make them (oil, water, eggs)
- Pink Frosting (I used Hot Pink Vanilla from Pillsbury, but you can use any strawberry frosting or take vanilla frosting and use pink food coloring)
- Flower Sprinkles (Most retailers will carry daisy or flower sprinkles, use bigger ones if possible)
- Colored cupcake liners
Check out my video cupcake decorating tutorial:
Start with your cupcake and make according to directions.
Take either a plastic zippered storage bag or buy frosting bags. Spoon frosting in and then tie the back closed and then cut the tip or attach a piping tip. I used a frosting bag and just cut the tip off.
Pipe frosting around top of cupcake and try to form a mound (this is Queen Poppy’s hair)
Start placing flower sprinkles around the side of the frosting.
Done! Told you it was easy, right?
How cute are these?
After we enjoyed our cupcakes, we enjoyed Trolls Holiday as a family and loved it. I think this is going to be a holiday classic in our house — just like my favorite holiday movie, Muppet Christmas (I don’t even know how many times I’ve watched that!).
Get the Trolls DVD exclusively at Walmart or Walmart.com.
Tell me, who’s your FAVORITE Troll?
