It’s going to be fall here in New York City and pumpkin spice will soon be seen EVERYWHERE. So, of course, I had to make a Non-Dairy Pumpkin Spice Ice Cream in my Ninja CREAMi Deluxe 11-in-1 Ice Cream Maker. You’ll use real pumpkin puree for this, as well as almond milk (I prefer to keep it non-dairy for my stomach’s sake). Any kind of milk (cow, oatmilk, etc.. can be used instead).
You’ll need
1.5 cups Almond Breeze Dairy Free Almondmilk, Unsweetened Vanilla
1/4 cup pumpkin puree
Cinnamon to taste
2 tbsp Lakanto Monk Fruit Sweetener (you can adjust to your taste)
1 scoop KOS Vanilla Protein Powder (vegan) or 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tsp Guar Gum (thickener)
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together (I used an immersion blender) and freeze for 24 hours.
Then run the mixture through the CREAMi through the lite ice cream setting (since this uses low fat almond milk).
Respin as needed.
