This weekend I had the extreme pleasure of attending the New York Baby Show, produced by New York Family. Momtrends put on a fabulous blogger lounge. After a taxi ride in from Queens with my youngest, I dropped him off with the awesome Nanny League babysitters. He barely noticed I was gone.
I went upstairs to get pampered at the Momtrends Blogger Lounge.
Christina from Glam Squad gave me a mini manicure. Glam Squad has a app, just book services right on your smartphone — so easy and they come to your home or office.
I chatted with the lovely Sandra from Mabel’s Labels, who gifted me with a custom pack.
Which was terrific because I don’t have my own stuff labeled most of the time. When you make an investment in a $350 Video Camera, make sure you put your name on it!
Then I headed out to the Baby Show floor. I saw some great products and companies that really impressed me. Check out my video!
Checked out the amazing Sure Shop Bag from Hatch Things. This reusable shopping bag seriously won’t let your stroller fall over (which as happened to me!). It redistributes weight towards the stroller’s center of gravity to keep it standing upright. It also prevents bag drag and will hold up to 10 pounds on each side. Genius!
I also stopped by pediped. I love this brand!
Canon was on hand to show parents how to make the most out of their photos. They offered a play area and had one-on-one guidance on capturing that once-in-a-lifetime moment. There was a Pregnancy Portrait Studio where expecting moms can had a professional photographer snap and print a baby bump photo. Canon experts also be hosted two photography seminars to lead new and expecting parents through their Baby Steps lessons for each stage of their child’s life.
