This past weekend we got a sneak peek of two episodes from the upcoming third season of Littlest Pet Shop on the Hub Network, which is coming next month. My 6 year old daughter is a huge fan, so she was my date. We got to also preview some of the new toys (which I could NOT tear her away from).
If you’re not familiar with this show, teenager Blythe and her father live in the city above The Littlest Pet Shop, which is a doggie daycare for all types of pets, including doggie diva Zoe Trent, hedgehog Russell Ferguson, monkey Minka Mark, and more. Blythe can talk to animals (my daughter is very jealous of that). Follow the adventures of Blythe and her friends on the Littlest Pet Shop, created by Hasbro Studios and airing on The Hub TV Network.
The Toys:
Fans can create their own Downtown City, with customizable style sets and figures inspired by the “Littlest Pet Shop” animated series. Fans can collect and stack the style sets vertically or horizontally to create a unique ‘city skyline,’ then decorate and style the sets with Deco Bits — unique, small accessories that plug into the environments for a little added glamour – as well as stickers and other decorative pieces. Fans can also collect and customize 100+ new pets, straight from the entertainment! We got creative and even figured out we could use the Deco Bits as hair charms.
There’s an app coming too — in early summer. Fans can scan the pets they collect to bring them to life virtually in the app, which sounds really cool. Once pets are collected, fans can entertain, play with, and care for their pets, and with each pet they collect, they unlock new rooms and accessories to design their own LITTLEST PET SHOP world, digitally.
Expect to see a lot of cool, officially licensed products this year too.
Thank to you to Hasbro for inviting us to preview the episodes and the toys. A swag bag was received.
