My toddler loves going over to my parents’ house. He has a wonderful bond with my father and mother, which makes me very happy. Recently we were at my their house and there was only one cup for Skylar to use — and he hated it (the kid can be very picky).
So the next time we went over (July 4th), I brought the Joovy Dood Drinking Cup. He enjoys using the cup at home, but went crazy over it at my parents’ house. Probably because we let him walk around with it, while he hung out with his Grampy. Everything’s more relaxed at the grandparents’ house, right?
I’ve decided to leave the cup at their house, so Skylar will be able to use it there.
The Deets:
The Joovy Dood Sippy Cups are available in two sizes, a 7oz training cup and a 9oz drinking cup.
The Dood 7oz Training Cup comes with a soft spout. The ergonomic shape is designed to protect gums and pallet during teething. The soft spout provides an easier transition from bottle to cup and is recommended for children 6 months and older.
The Dood 9oz Drinking Cup comes with a hard spout. The ergonomic shape is specially designed to protect gums and pallet during teething. The hard spout helps your baby to progress from the training cup to the drinking cup stage and is recommended for children 9 months and older.
The Dood Sippy Cups include the same one-piece CleanFlow™ vent system The vent provides consistent venting regardless of how the cup is held. It also includes a non-spill valve to eliminate leaks, and a flexible handle (which you can remove) that makes it easy to hold, and caps to keep spouts clean.
The Dood Sippy Cups are made of clear and colorful PP (polypropylene) and are BPA, PVC, phthalate and lead free. Available in purpleness and turquoise colors.

Thank you to Joovy for giving us a sample of the Joovy Dood Cup. As always, all opinions are my own.
