I’ve been waiting for fall all summer (let’s face it, all year) but I’m not looking forward to what the cold weather will do to my skin. This is the time of year when I focus on gentle skin-care products that contain all-natural ingredients to counteract the bitter cold. I’ve rounded up some products that are essential for having a healthy skin for kids, adults and those who suffer from eczema. Dubble Trubble is an affordable children’s hair and body care line that features a collection of organic, botanically-based products. Created by celebrity hair colorist Daniel Galvin Jr., the products are for kids ages 3-12 and are free of parabens, SLS, mineral oils or animal ingredients. I tried the 2 in 1 Shampoo & Body Wash in “Cherry Bomb’ on my daughter and we both agreed it smelled like a cherry-flavored candy. Yum! The Shampoo & Body Wash comes in other essences, such as Watermelon, Strawberry and Cool Cucumber and is available for $5.99 at Amazon.com.
Adults who want a all-natural skin care products can try BomaSense – a line that includes shampoo, conditioner, face & body wash and face & body lotion. Yup, you read that right; you can use the body wash on both your face and body and the same goes for the lotion. The ingredients are so gentle on your skin, they won’t cause breakouts. Some notable ingredients are: shea butter, aloe vera gel, green tea extract, grapeseed oil and jojoba oil, just to name a few. The products are not tested on animals and you can buy them here. They come in mango, lavender and unscented.
I was not compensated for this post. I received samples.
