Sometimes you just don’t have time to make breakfast, however this one’s pretty easy.
I made this for breakfast last week. So delicious! It’s just smashed avocado with a tiny bit of sea salt, right on whole wheat bread. You can also toast this. It was amazing and packed with flavor! If you want to take it with you, add squirt a little lemon on top to prevent browning and place in a sandwich shaped container.
Toast bread.
Smash an avocado.
Add a little sea salt on top and spread onto toast.
