Giveaway is now closed. My husband and I are always trying to eat right, to send a good message to our children. It's not always easy, but we feel that we should set a good example so our children develop healthy habits themselves. I am proud to be teaming up with Boston Market again (this time during National Nutrition Month) to tell you about their 150 Ways to Eat Right list – featuring 150 savory, home style meal combinations 550 calories or less, available at Boston Market. Which means whenever you go, you can show your children that it is possible to enjoy delicious, nutritious selections that fall under 550 calories or less and encourage them to make healthy choices themselves.
Take a look at some of the fun combinations below!
My favorite healthy combos are the Quarter white rotisserie chicken (Skinless), fresh steamed veggies and stuffing (for 490 cal), I also like the Roasted turkey breast (regular), garlic dill potatoes and cinnamon apples (for 540 cal), and the Mediterranean chicken breast on multigrain artisan roll without dressing (540 cal).
That means that families on the go can still eat healthy, even when mom and dad aren't cooking. Families can healthier with a Half Chicken Special for $8.49 – which includes a half signature, rotisserie roasted chicken, two sides and fresh baked cornbread.

This is cool — Boston Market removed salt shakers from tables in all its restaurants and has reduced sodium levels in all menu items by 15 percent or more. As someone who is really trying to reduce her sodium consumption, this is important to me. Plus, Boston Market was awarded a HALO Award by QSR Magazine in 2014 for its meaningful contributions to a healthy, active lifestyle for consumers. Boston Market is a proud participant in the National Restaurant Association’s “Kids LiveWell” program and a strategic partner of the United States Department of Agriculture “MyPlate” program.
If you like to cook – Boston Market provides delicious recipes to dress up menu items with a few simple ingredients. My aunt actually used to do this when we would come over for holiday meals.
