Have a craving for something sweet and following WW? Make my Chocolate Chocolate Chip Donuts! These are 4 WW SmartPoints (SP) per donut and absolutely delicious! You’ll need sugar-free cake chocolate cake mix, mini chocolate chips, a can of pumpkin puree, eggs, and oil spray. It works out to be 4 SP per donut and will definitely take care of any sweet tooth you have.
I used Pillsbury Sugar Free Brownie Mix for this, but you can use any sugar free cake mix, like the Devil’s Food Chocolate.
Ingredients:
1 box of Pillsbury Sugar Free Brownie Mix
1 can Pumpkin Puree
2 eggs
Oil Spray — I like Pompeian Olive Oil Spray or Avocado Oil Spray
12 tsps Mini Chocolate Chips
Silicone Donut pan – I like this one from Amazon.
Instructions:
Place your mix into a bowl.
Then add your pumpkin puree.
Add in two eggs.
Mix all together.
Pour into donut pan.
Add chocolate chips.
Bake at 350 degrees Farenheit for 27-30 minutes.
Serve!
SP Value
Each donut is 4 WW SP. If you don’t add mini chocolate chips, it’s 3 SP per donut. They are on the small size, but dense and oh so satisfying.
