Here’s another awesome side dish, made from your air fryer! I love red bliss potatoes and they are out of this world when you roast them in your air fryer! They are simple to make (which as a parent is a necessity for me) and a side dish that your family will adore. Find out how to make air fryer roasted red bliss potatoes! Even my picky eaters liked these. You can serve these with almost anything – I love to serve them with salmon or chicken (here’s a good sheet pan salmon recipe).
You’ll Need
1 package/bag of Red Bliss Potatoes (my mesh bag was marked 1.8 pounds and we didn’t even eat the whole bag). I bought two bags but only needed to make one for dinner last night.
Spices to taste – I used garlic powder, smoked sea salt and then added parsley after the potatoes were done
Extra Virgin Olive Oil to taste
Instructions
Wash your potatoes. I scrubbed them a little too.
Cut your potatoes up into quarters or smaller.
Place in a bowl and then toss with olive oil. If you are really watching your oil intake, use a spray like Pompeian’s or Chosen Foods.
Add your spices (add the parsley after).
Place in your air fryer — I used the basket in my Emeril 360 Air Fryer. It’s the oven-style and I love it. Note: If you have the basket type air fryer, your potatoes may cook quicker.
Air fry for around 20-25 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit. They were ready at 20 minutes, but tasted even better at 25 minutes.
Serve!
I paired it with Teriyaki Salmon, roasted asparagus and peppers. Yum!
