For my family, Boston Market Rotisserie Kitchen is where we can get a delicious healthy dinner (without me having to do all the work!). We enjoy the quality of the home-style meals and side dishes. Boston Market really knows their rotisserie (they are totally the experts for incredible fresh, never frozen, chicken and all natural chicken) and frankly, it’s one of the new places my family can agree on. I’m so excited to tell you that they’re introducing the new Rotisserie Prime Rib! I got the chance to check it out firsthand the other night and let me tell you, this is going to be very popular. And if you notice, Boston Market added Rotisserie Kitchen to their logo to indicate that they are “so much more than just rotisserie chicken experts today, they’re rotisserie everything experts.”
For just $15.99, guests can now enjoy a USDA Choice Prime Rib, slow-spun in the brand’s famous rotisserie ovens for over an hour, along with two sides, fresh-baked cornbread, horseradish cream sauce, and au jus. The new rotisserie Prime Rib will be available at Boston Market on Sunday and Wednesday evenings starting at 5pm.
Want to know how it tastes? Incredible. We had an intimate dinner at Boston Market recently and we got to sample the prime rib, with a sommelier there to guide us and talk about wine.
The Prime Rib was soft and buttery — it was absolutely divine. While I love to cook chicken at home, I don’t really know my cuts of beef so much and for $15.99 a portion, I can just pick up Boston Market and enjoy it with my family.
I paired my portion with their new seasonal Bacon Vinaigrette Broccoli and Rotisserie Potatoes, as well as some of their amazing Rotisserie Chicken and cornbread. I couldn’t finish my portion!
I have to give a spotlight to the Bacon Vinaigrette Broccoli – we all devoured it!
We even enjoyed wine with dessert — I chose the chocolate cake with chocolate frosting and it was so good with the Dashe Late Harvest Zinfandel!
I enjoyed Boston Market so much the other night that I took my family back over the weekend!
Totally giving a shout out to the Boston Market on Old Country Road in Westbury, NY. I asked for the carb count so we could give my son (with Type 1 Diabetes) his dose of insulin. One of the staff members had a brother with Type 1 Diabetes, so he knew that this information was important to us. That kind of customer service really warms my heart, because we can’t always get a correct carb count and we have to guess as to how much insulin to give my son.
And we’ll be going back again, for the scrumptious Prime Rib!
