Grilled Lemon-Thyme Chicken Salad & Cento Fine Foods Review

Who doesn’t love Italian food? We met Cento Fine Foods at the Summer Fancy Food Show I attended with the #MomBlogTourFF in late June. This family company offers over 1,000 authentic Italian style products. Cento brand tomato products are 100% vine ripened tomatoes, picked fresh and packed immediately to preserve their authentic Italian taste. Cento’s line includes certified San Marzano Italian Plum Tomatoes, which are the highest quality, and are incredibly flavorful. Other tomato varieties include Cento’s 28oz and 35oz Italian Plum Tomatoes. These items offer high quality tomatoes in a thick puree, providing a delicious flavor and thick sauce. They also offer Organic Plum and Crushed tomatoes. New for 2015 is their organic line of products (tomatoes, olive oil, beans, etc; which is discussed in the video I took at the show.

After the show, we received a package of delicious Italian Foods.

I immediately grabbed a gluten free pizza crust and the crushed tomatoes and started making pizza!

I also made several other dishes including a Grilled Lemon-Thyme Chicken Salad.

I used lemon juice, Cento Fine Foods Organic Olive Oil, and thyme and mixed it together. Then I broiled my chicken (we don’t have a real outdoor grill).
