My youngest, at two-and-a-half, is still in diapers and going strong. Diaper bags are still very much a part of my daily life and with two older kids who are constantly hungry I tend to fill my diaper bag to the brim with snacks, books, toys and, of course, diapers. For me, function beats looks but if I can have both that pretty much seals the deal. Skip Hop, a brand that knows a thing or two about diaper bags and functionality, has recently come out with the Duet 2-in-1 Diaper Tote, a sleek and super-versatile bag that brings a whole new meaning to the term functionality.
The Duet 2-in-1 is – as you’ve probably guessed – two bags in one, which means that there’s a larger outer bag, which serves as either a tote or an elegant evening bag and a smaller bag that goes inside, which is for all of your baby’s stuff. The inner bag is actually a crossbody bag and can be worn separately.
The Duet 2-in-1 has a dedicated cell phone pocket and a clip for keys or toys. It comes with four exterior bottle pockets and two interior pockets, plus a padded changing pad. All 6 pockets are large enough for toys and small books and you can easily fit everything but the kitchen sink if you plan well.
To separate the inner bag from the outer bag all you have to do is move the turnlock – super easy and takes less than one second!
Both inner and outer bags have stroller straps and come in either black or taupe. You can purchase the Duet 2-in-1 here for $130.
I was not compensated for this post. I received a sample.
