I’ll admit it, I have a sweet tooth. But, I’m trying to lose weight and I don’t like to derail myself with poor choices. So, what’s my option when I want a little treat? Do I blow my hard work? Or find a way to get a little snacking satisfaction and still keep on my plan? Well, I choose the second.
My solution is Triple Chocolate Brownie Bliss and Peanut Butter Brownie Bliss.
And guess what, they’re both by Weight Watchers!
Weight Watchers Triple Chocolate Brownie Bliss™ and Peanut Butter Brownie Bliss™ was introduced this past August and these indulgent brownie treats are a better choice (and they are really scrumptious).
Triple Chocolate Brownie Bliss™ is a decadent brownie layered with creamy, real chocolate ganache and a chocolaty coating. Each individually-wrapped brownie is 80 calories and has a PointsPlus® value of 2.
Peanut Butter Brownie Bliss™, which to be honest was my absolute fave, offers a brownie layered with creamy, real peanut butter and a chocolaty coating. Each individually-wrapped brownie is 90 calories and has a PointsPlus® value of 2.
Now, they’re small (I actually feel like I’m eating a candy bar because it’s all wrapped up) but it gives me enough of a treat that my sweet tooth is satisfied (and I don’t feel guilty for enjoying myself). Plus, if you are following Weight Watchers, they are 2 points each, which is pretty terrific if you know Points Plus Speak.
The Test:
I wanted to see if a regular person would think of this, so I put the treats on a place (unwrapped) and served them to my husband. I didn’t tell him that Weight Watchers makes them. He went as crazy over the peanut butter as I did and throughly also enjoyed the Triple Chocolate Bliss.
My husband was pretty surprised when I told him the treats I just served him were made by Weight Watchers.
Both varieties of Brownie Bliss contain zero grams of trans fat. They’re in stores now and retail starting at $3.29. They may be mini brownies, but they are going to give you that sweet treat (and still keep you on a good path)!
