Which are widely available – Target even carries them in their fresh veggie section. It’s so easy! Plus kids can help make them.
Mini Lasagnas
I can't take credit for this fun recipe - I saw it in Parenting Magazine!
Ingredients
- Wonton wrappers I used Nasoya's - look in the refrigerated section, near the tofu
- Marinara sauce
- Optional: Ricotta spinach or kale. Diced up mushrooms might be tasty in this.
- Mozarella Cheese - I used reduced fat
Instructions
- Place a wonton wrapper in each muffin tin opening.
- Spoon in sauce and then sprinkle a little cheese
- Place another wonton on top, then layer in sauce and cheese.

- You can add some small, cut up veggies or crumbled ground turkey or beef.
- Bake 18-20 minutes at 350 degrees
