I was fiddling around in the kitchen today, making another muffin tin dish, when my kids came up with this request: Apple Pies! So I created this using wonton wrappers. It’s easy, quick, and healthy! My favorite kind of recipe! Whoo hoo! Enjoy!
Ingredients:
Wonton wrappers (look in the refrigerated section – I used Nasoya’s)
Cut up apples
A pinch of stevia per wonton
Dab of plant based buttery spread per wonton
Raisins (optional)
Instructions:
Use a non stick muffin pan
Use a cooking spray to grease the muffin pan if the one you have isn’t non stick
Place a wonton sheet in each each muffin tin
Place cut up apples and raisins in each tin
Place a small dab of plant based buttery spread, add a little stevia.
Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees
Let cool.
Top with lite whipped topping or vanilla ice cream. You can use coconut cream if you want to keep it vegan.
