For our first toast, we’re going to make Cinnamon Strawberry Toast. ‘Member Cinnamon Toast? It was one of my favorite things when I was a child. I was able to re-create that amazing taste with this little recipe below and I added some strawberries for a dose of vitamin C.
Cinnamon Strawberry Toast
You’ll need:
4 Strawberries, sliced
1 Tbsp of I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter! Organic
1/4 Tsp of Cinnamon
1/2 Tsp organic cane sugar
Instructions:
Make buttery mixture first. Mix together cane sugar withI Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter! Organic.
Then add the cinnamon.
Mix together.
Spread onto toast.
If you aren’t using it right away, put it in the fridge to get a little firmer.
To serve, spread on toast, add strawberries on top. This is the basic format you will follow to make any one of these flavored buttery spread recipes.
Maple Peach Toast
My daughter actually came up with this one. I was tossing around flavor ideas. I made her a sample one and she declared that it was perfect.
You’ll need:
1 Peach, sliced
1 Tbsp of I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter! Organic
1/4 Tsp Maple Syrup
Wheat Bread
Instructions:
Make buttery mixture first by adding I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter! Organic to your bowl and adding maple syrup. Mix well. If you aren’t using it right away, put it in the fridge to get a little firmer. To serve, spread on toast, add peach slices on top.
And lastly, Honey Blueberry Toast.
Honey Blueberry Toast
You’ll need:
16 blueberries
1 Tbsp of I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter! Organic
1/4 Tsp of honey
Wheat Bread
Instructions:
Make buttery mixture first by adding I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter! Organic to your bowl and adding honey. Mix well. If you aren’t using it right away, put it in the fridge to get a little firmer. To serve, spread on toast, add blueberries on top.
