I’ve really been loving my new Copper Chef 5 Piece Set. It makes dishes like this Ground Turkey Tacos Meal come together easily and quickly. You’ll need lean ground turkey, an onion, peppers, and a zucchini (which can be optional), soft tortillas, or hard taco shells, guacamole, shredded cheese, and sour cream (optional).
The Copper Chef pan is great because you don’t need oil. If you prefer to add something, I recommend ghee or a high temperature-safe oil (not olive oil).
Saute’ ground turkey meat until it’s cooked through. I used the second, smaller pan to saute the onions and vegetables. I needed to get dinner on the table quickly and figured I would just wash two pans.
I added some fajita seasoning with simple ingredients that I could figure out.
In the smaller copper chef pan, saute the veggies. I used onions, peppers, and zucchini. You can pretty much substitute anything veggie you prefer.
After they cook for a while and soften, add them to the ground turkey mixture and cook a little longer.
Serve with soft or hard tacos, sour cream, guac, salsa… I set my Copper Chef pan on the table and served from that.
If you prefer or only have one Copper Chef pan, you can cook the onions first and then set aside. Then cook the turkey meat, drain, and then add the veggies and seasoning. Cook through.
