Yum! I made this scrumptious Shrimp & Broccoli over Rice Noodles last night. It’s quick, easy, healthy and gluten free! You can pick up rice noodles at any grocery store in the refrigerated section. I picked them up at Trader Joe’s. I used frozen large cooked shrimp, broccoli, fresh garlic, olive oil, and seasoned with some of Bragg’s Liquid Aminos.
Ingredients:
Shrimp
2 cloves garlic
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 cups frozen broccoli
1 cup large frozen cooked shrimp
Bragg’s Liquid Aminos Soy Sauce Alternative (to taste)
Instructions:
Gather ingredients
Crush cloves of garlic
Cook rice noodles – boil water and drop noodles in for 2 minutes (these cook quickly) and set aside
Heat pan, add garlic and olive oil.
Defrost shrimp in hot water and take the tails off. Add the shrimp and frozen broccoli to the pan and sautée.
Plate up the rice noodles, add shrimp and broccoli, season with Bragg’s Liquid Aminos.
